He had Great Ideas to Incorporate into the Design
My experience with Steve goes back 15 years when he designed and built our custom home. He had great ideas to incorporate into the design such as milled siding that looks like log but has none of the maintenance, comfort height bathroom counters, and lots of decks to enjoy the views. More recently Steve developed the plans for a custom cabin on our other lot. These were completed in a timely manner and met all the requirements of the county and the builder.
On a personal note. My wife and I have great respect for Steve and his wife Sandy in both personal and business dealings and would recommend them without hesitation.

Very Pleased with the Quality of Work
Senger Construction LLC converted our small downstairs bathroom which barely accommodated a sink and a toilet into a beautiful full-sized bathroom with a shower. To do this required tearing down walls, jack hammering the floor, etc. Despite this major construction, they always minimized their mess and tidied up after themselves. The new bathroom looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. We unconditionally reccommend Senger Construction LLC and will definitely consider using them in the future. I hired SC Design – Architectural Designer based on a recommendation from a lender and after meeting in person. My house is ICF (Insulated concrete form). I am a first time owner/builder Steve had a good understanding of what I needed. There was only one miscommunication wherein i had to pay a little extra to get it fixed. The plans allowed me to do what I needed.
My only other thought is that I had to send off the plans (as per Grant County, their code is a little more involved than most) to be approved by an engineer because of the clear spans involved with the ICF walls. The code was somewhat recent, not very lengthy, but he (Steve) was not aware of that code issue until I notified him. I was responsible for getting that taken care of at my expense. A great learning experience for me and I am certain Steve knows a little more about ICF wall clear spans in Grant County. Everybody can always learn something new/different.
In conclusion, thank you Steve (SC Design – Architectural Designer) for your contribution to my home building experience. I will always remember it with gratitude.

Upon a recommendation, we went to SC Design – Architectural Designer to have our house plans designed. We had a shortened timeline and were able to get an appointment right away. All appointments were very convenient. Steve is a good listener and easy to communicate with anytime via the internet or telephone. His experience as a contractor enabled him to provide extra advice and ideas…especially relating to Green Built options. We were pleased with the amount of time it took to have the plans in-hand and ready to submit to our local planning department.
